Subject: [Lurker-users] updating cache
Hello all,

I've set up several mailing lists and have some problems with the cache:

1. I've set up an alias like follows and subscribed it to the mailing
list:

lurker-list1: "|/usr/bin/lurker-index -c /etc/lurker/lurker.conf -l list1 -m"

I send one message, view the archive, see the thread with sigma == 1.
I send another message and refresh the page. I expect sigma to become
2; however, it is still 1. Clicking on the thread does show both
messages, but sigma remains 1 unless I run lurker-regenerate.

2. The archive is on the host www.domain.com, which is an alias for
host1.domain.com. On the intranet, the people access the archives via
the http://host1/lurker/ URL; all cache files are generated
accordingly. After that, users on the Internet can't access the
cached pages due to the host name having been hardcoded into the html
pages. I want that the pages are always accessible regardless of the
host name used to access them for the first time.

I'm using lurker 2.1. How should I solve these problems?

Thanks in advance,
Baurzhan.
